We are still in the process of wrapping up the forms and paperwork needed to become recognized as a tax-exempt organization. Our paperwork has been filed with the State, and now we just need federal approval for the same. On the right of the site you will notice we now have newsletters for those of you who are interested in learning more about the Jim Dempsey Foundation. We will use those to deliver important messages to those who express interest.
As we get into this Holiday Season we hope to complete the work to be recognized as a Tax Exempt organization so that you can donate and receive a write off for your own taxes. We hope to have good news about this in the near future.
