Jim Dempsey was my father, and the person to whom I mainly credit with my desire to become a doctor. It is my ambition to someday open a Foundation in his name dedicated to carrying on his life’s work. This website will serve that purpose.

Jim Dempsey dedicated his life to others. In his last days he was honored for furthering the 911 system of Laredo Texas and the surrounding areas.
